Day 4 Heart
Write a love letter (or many!) to somebody or to yourself. Romantic or not, allow your heart to speak making it 100% honest. Reveal your feelings and express your gratitude. Gush in acknowledgement of their gifts. Lie down with your shoulder blades flush against the earth cradling your heart as you read your letter out loud.
Have you played a part in causing pain in the life of another, or has someone hurt you deeply? Perhaps it is time to finally forgive yourself or another. Recognize this as a strong, bold choice. Take time to see seemingly unfortunate situations as opportunities for growth. This may help close a chapter and/or make room for a new beginning.
