Nature knows best. Unprocessed, unadulterated, whole foods are optimally those plucked straight from the source (vine, bush, tree, earth). Many times when foods or drinks are cooked or pasteurized at high heat, vitamins, minerals, and enzymes are destroyed. Nutrients are more accessible and readily absorbed by your body when derived from the juices of raw fruits and vegetables.
Organic foods are those grown without fertilizers or pesticides. They are safer than conventionally grown harvests as they are not doused with poisonous chemicals which inevitably harm the planet and its people. Good for your body and the land, going organic is most often more nutritious and flavorful as well. If possible, support local farms by shopping at a farmers market for your juice ingredients.
