Root Journaling
Scan your body. How do you feel right now? Where do these feelings reside? Acknowledge any pains or pleasures physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually.
Write or draw a “body map” of your current state examining the structure of your self and life. Explore your consciousness and where you feel energy moving freely or where it is blocked.
Contemplate how you handle change. Do you hoard, engage in workaholism, reside in fear? How grounded, healthy, and secure in your family and finances do you feel?
What is your relationship to your fleshly form (i.e. gratitude, disgust, weight complaints, etc)? What are you noticing while drinking the juices you have prepared for today (i.e. elimination, constipation, hunger, lightness, etc.)? Take a moment to be amazed by the intricate workings of your body..
